Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday was a dreary weather day. It was cold and cloudy so I had to get pictures inside before we left for church and covered up her dress with a sweater. Scarlett seems to love the little hat that came with her dress. She even tried to put it on herself when it fell off.

TOE

Scarlett seems to be fascinated with toes and most importantly, her own. Every time we take her shoes and socks off, she immediately grabs her feet and says "TOE". To hear her say it is so cute. Now I just need to get it on video for everyone to hear.

My first car...

well, somewhat. Mommy took me to an indoor play center and they had all these toys.

Mommy pushed me around in the firetruck.

I went shopping.

I played with the balls.

Played with legos.

But my all time favorite was getting in and out of the car. (see video)

Yogurt & Cheerios

We've finally let Scarlett try her hand at feeding herself. She starts off with the spoon, but then turns to her trusty utensil of choice - her hand. She is feeding herself yogurt and cheerios.

New fashion in hats

Scarlett likes to chew on her diaper (a clean one) and this particular day, I had put the diaper on her head but she pulled it right off so I assumed she didn't want it on her head. Well...she did. She had me put it back on her head and she played for the next hour with the diaper on her head. (And yes, she's wearing Christmas jammies. They still fit so might as well get my money's worth out of them.)

"Um, Mom, can you put this back on. It fell off."

Bouncing on the stairs

My sister and I found Scarlett and Megan sitting together at the stairs just bouncing up and down. They were having a good time.
